Career stories – meet our colleagues…

"My placements have given me a real insight into two completely different parts of the G’s Business. Both of these placements have been challenging and have helped me to develop my skills, existing and new. The variety of opportunities at G’s is fantastic and I’m very excited about what experiences my future placements will bring."

Finance & Product Co-ordination

"I am enjoying my time at G's. The MTS program gives me the opportunity to learn whilst working with industry professionals within an international business. It provides me with a unique and unforgettable professional experience that certainly will be of great value in my career development."

Lean Management, Production & Finance

"Having spent time with the Harvest and Winter Packhouse teams, I gained an insightful understanding to the mechanics of a fast paced fresh produce business. Now in Marketing, I have been given the opportunity to further develop my knowledge by exploring another side of the business, which I can use to make the most of the broad range of opportunities G’s has to offer."

Harvest, Packhouse & Marketing

“I started my career with G’s on the Management Training Scheme in 2001. During the first couple of years I worked across a number of functions and business units, before taking up a posting within the commercial team. The foundation understanding of the G’s business that the scheme gave me is extremely valuable in how I perform in my role today.”
